- Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Services to Provide Capacity in Legal Drafting The Government of Zimbabwe through the Ministry of Finance, Economic Development and Investment Promotion now invites eligible consulting firms/Universities/Institutions of Higher Learning to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may constitute joint ventures to enhance their chances of qualification. Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Bank as specified in the Bank-s Procurement Framework, dated October 2015 and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Framework, which is available on the Bank-s website at https://www.afdb.org/en/projects-and-operations/procurement/new-procurement-policy. A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Consultant-s Qualification Selection (CQS) method set out in the Procurement Policy. Interested consultants may obtain further information including Terms of Reference at the address below during office hours 0800hrs to 1630hrs
