- Expression of Interest are invited for Development of Residential Flats on Stand 2977 Emganwini Measuring 1.6434 Hactares in Extent. The City of Bulawayo is inviting all interested developers, Companies or Institutions, individuals and or any other forms of partnerships such as consortiums, joint ventures etc, with development finance to express interest to undertake the development of high rise residential flats on stand 2977 Emganwini. The development has been necessitated by the rising demand for housing. The developers would be expected to fully fund the construction and all internal reticulation in terms of servicing the stand. The scope of works required is as indicated below: · Internal water reticulation. · Internal sewer reticulation. · Internal roads Infrastructure. · Internal Public lighting. · Construction of FLATS up to habitable level. Bulawayo City Council therefore invites all those interested to indicate their interest in the development of flats on the stand indicated above. Interested companies must provide information indicating their expertise in the development of similar projects, experience in undertaking similar projects, and proof of financial resources and availability of appropriate skills.) The EOI should include the following submissions: Detailed Company Profile. Company registration documents. Proof of Funding considered adequate to finance the developments. Experience in developments of similar nature. A minimum of three traceable company referees must be submitted. The referees must be for similar work done in the last five (5) years.
