- Tenders are invited for Doctor for Industrial Clinic and Ambulance Supervision:- Harare Power Station 1. Industrial clinic supervision 1Au 2. Ambulance supervision 1Au YOUR OFFER SHOULD CLEARLY INDICATE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Bidders must respond to the specification on a line by line basis without failure. 2. A bid validity period of a minimum of 30 days from tender closing date must be firmly stated. 3. Bidders must provide a reference list of customers for whom they have successfully supervised an occupational health facility (industrial clinic and ambulance). Provide name of company, name of contact person and working contact phone number. Page 2 of 2 4. Bidders must attach proof of registration with the Medical and Dental Practitioners Council of Zimbabwe. 5. Bidders must state their acceptance of the following payment terms, no advance payments will be made. Payment for goods will be made within 30 days after delivery.
