- Tenders are invited for Hire of Crane to Lift and Load 23 Mv Poles and 40 Ht Poles from Zent Pole Plant and Offload Them at Pomona Control Specification for hire of Truck Mounted Knuckle Boom Cranes 1. Valid Certificate of Inspection of the Plant from an official agent and the Standard used. 15. Certificate of competency for the plant operator from an official agent. 16. Vehicle to be fitted with a tracking system with parent boom sensor. 17. Rate - State hourly rate. NB: DOCUMENTS REQUIRED Companies must submit together with quotations: 1. Proof of Tax Clearance Certificate ITF 263. 2. Proof of Registration with PRAZ in the relevant category. 3. State payment terms. 4. State delivery period. 5. State Quotation validity period.
