- Tenders are invited for Printing of Curriculum Modules
1. This Specific Procurement Notice follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this project that appeared in UNDB online on 26 March 2017 and on the African Development Bank Group's Internet Website.
2. The Republic of Zimbabwe has received a grant from the African Development Bank Group in the amount of UA 3.41 million (USD 4.75 million towards the cost of Youth and Women Empowerment Project (YWEP). It is intended that part of the proceeds of this grant will be used to cover eligible payments under the contract for the above-mentioned tenders.
3. The Ministry of Finance & Economic Development now invites sealed bids from prospective bidders for the Printing of Curriculum Modules

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the office of The Project Management Unit, Ministry of Finance & Economic Development, Mgandane Dlodlo Building, Comer Samora Machel and Simon. 5. A complete set of bidding documents may be emailed to interested bidders on the submission of a written a pplication to the above.
6. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract contained in the bidding documents comply with the African Development Bank Standard Bidding Document for the Procurement of Goods. The Procurement method applicable for the bidding process shall be National Competitive Bidding (NCB).
7. Bids shall be valid for a bid period of 60 days and shall be accompanied by a completed bid declaration form provided for under Section IV, Bidding Forms
8. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 10:30 am, local Harare time (GMT + 2 hours) on 20 May 2022 the offices of Project Management Unit of the Ministry of Finance & Economic Development, Mgandane Dlodlo Building, Comer Samora Machel and Simon.V.Muzenda Street, PMU Offices, 2nd Floor, and Harare, Zimbabwe.
