- Tenders are invited for Provide Accommodation and Conferencing Services for the Symposium AFREhealth's 5th Annual Symposium takes place in Zimbabwe and will be hosted by the University of Zimbabwe Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences from 1st to 4th August, 2022. AFREheallh is currently seeking proposals from hotels who will provide accommodation and conferencing services for the symposium. 2.0 Required services • High quality conference room for about 450 participants and 4-5 syndicate rooms for up to 100 participants each. • High quality catering services for about 450 participants. • Clean and congenial atmosphere/rooms which are well secured • Responsive and professional staff who are hospitable and dient-oriented • Accessibility to reliable internet connectivity • Reliable airport pick up and drop off services • Video conferencing equipment 3.0 Your quotation/proposal should include the following: • A breakdown of the financial offer in USD as follows: o Full day conference package for 1 day (50 people) o Full day conference package for 3days (450 people) o Numberand cost of syndicate rooms available o Conference dinnerfor *1- 400 people o Video conferencing equipment
