With Possibility of Separate Parking Lot for Office Vehicles., Centrally Located and/or with Easy Access from Different Parts of Harare., Perimeter Baricade/Walled for Security., Controlled Access Point., Back up Water Supply/Borehole., Back-up Power (Added Advantage)., 12 Possibility to Enhance Power and Communications Infrastructure Including: Possibility of Setting up Solar System within Existing Structure: Space Availability (65kva Solar System).
