- Expression of Interest are invited for Recruitment of Personnel for the National Project Management Unit (Npmu) Lor the Horticulture Enterprise Enhancement Project (Heep) Engagement of a Consultant for the provision of professional recruitment services for the recruitment of five (S| staff members who will form part of the National Project Management Unit The NPMU will be responsible for the day-to-day management, coordination of works and will take charge of monitoring and evaluation and provide support to the implementation and supervision of the various protects in the country The Consultant shall place advertisements m the local print media soliciting for suitable candidates for the following posts. i National Project Coordinator i. Senior Procurement Officer iii Chief Accountant hr. Senior Climate Smart Agnculture Advisor V Monitoring & Evaluation and Planning Specialist The NPMU will be hosted by the Ministry of lands. Agriculture. Fnhenes, Water and Rural Development and shal consist of a fulltime competitively recruited staff.
