- Tenders are invited for Supply of All in One Solar Powered Street Lights and Poles. Closing and Opening Time: 23rd February, 2018 at 10:00hrs. Tender documents for each of the tender with detailed specifications are available for collection at Mutawatawa Council offices upon payment of a Non refundable fee of $10. SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS The tender must be enclosed in sealed envelopes, endorsed on the outside with advertised tender number, description, closing date and must be dropped in the tender box at the UMP (Zvataida) RDC Mutawatawa Offices. A compulsory site visit for Tender number UMPRDC/02/2018 shall be held on 7th February, 2018.
