- Request for quotation (RFQ) are invited for Supply of Gym Equipment. Overview : UNDP Zimbabwe is in the process of establishing a gym facility at its Arundel offices in Mount Pleasant, Harare. We therefore are requesting for quotations from reputable organisations for the supply and delivery of gym equipment as detailed in the attached schedule. All Goods offered must be compliant, new, unused, in perfect condition and be suitable for use in Zimbabwe. Subject to the General terms and conditions of UNDP Order, payment in the currency of the quotation will be made to you within 30 days after receipt by UNDP of your invoice together with a signed receipt note issued by the recipient of the Goods confirming satisfactory and full delivery. Your quotation should confirm your agreement to supply in accordance with the above conditions and should state the following details: a) realistic delivery period to named destination b) period of validity of your offer c) product should comply fully with specifications in the RFQ d) supply product brochures, manuals and specification sheets with quote. e) provide proof of qualified locally based authorized agent who will provide after sales services Quotations and any correspondence related to this inquiry should be sent to procurement.zw@undp.org with subject line of email entitled Gym Equipment. If you are unable or do not wish to quote, it will be helpful if you advise your reason for not quoting on this occasion. We look forward to hearing from you no later than 11:00am on Friday 12 February 2016.
